The NSI Group consists of NSI Consulting & Devellopment, Inc., NSI Datatechs, NSI Redevelopment, NSI Management and NSI Realty.
NSI provides professionals on a subcontract or transactional basis as an augment to a corporate departments. We can also provide services on a project basis whereby personnel with applicable skillsets are made available to assist with client tasks as necessary.
NSI is staffed with senior real estate and technical professionals, most with law degrees. NSI professionals accept assignments from clients on a temporary, semi-permanent (more than one year) or project-by-project basis for local, national and international projects. The majority of NSI’s work is conducted on a billable hourly basis.
