Patrick O'Neill - Owner - NSI Group
Owner of NSI Consulting & Development, Inc., Mr. O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Military Academy, West Point, New York and a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. O’Neill’s expertise includes: real estate strategic planning; project oversight; structuring/supervising joint ventures; supervision of outside legal counsel; financial analysis; acquisition/disposition of real estate assets; asset management; and lease negotiations.

Michael Schira - President, NSI Consulting
Michael Schira has been serving as the President of NSI Consulting & Development, Inc. since 2006. Prior to his current position, Michael has worked for MetroPCS and LCC International. He has also worked for local law firms in the probate and estate planning areas.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He did his undergrad work at the University of Michigan, earning a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the College of Literature, Science and the Arts Michigan.

David Davis - Principal - NSI Group
Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan and an MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. He also holds a Michigan real estate license. He has diversified experience in corporate real estate administration, facilities development, mergers and acquisitions and program management working for high net worth investors and Fortune 500 firms alike. Prior to working with NSI, Mr. Davis specialized in the sale of investment properties for global real estate firms Cushman Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. From 2004 to 2006, he also served as the President of NSI Consulting & Development, Inc.

Russell Turner - Director of Information Technology
Mr. Turner has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. Mr. Turner has licenses to practice law in the State of Michigan and Colorado and has specialized in the areas of corporate law and general civil litigation. Mr. Turner has assisted clients of NSI with lease negotiation tasks and the
transfer of corporate real estate assets. Mr. Turner is also extremely knowledgeable in computer systems and software and their application to the fields of real estate and law. Mr. Turner’s expertise includes Internet systems and software, html programming and site design for Internet and Intranet applications.

Michael F. Treacy - Principal
Michael Treacy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following his graduation from Temple, he served as a Military Police officer while on active duty with the United States Army for four years. For the next five years, he served as a Civil Affairs officer with the United States Army Reserves. Since that time, Michael has worked as a superintendent and project executive for several real estate development projects in Philadelphia.
He came to NSI Consulting in 2005 to lead a housing development initiative. Michael's expertise is in real estate acquisition, project development,contract negotiations and project management.

Phil Mann - Senior Negotiator - NSI Consulting
Philip Mann received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stroudsburg University, East Stroudsburg, PA. He also has a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, TX, where he became an honorary member of the John M. Harlan Society for High Achievement in the study of law. Additionally, he holds a L.L.M. Tax degree from the University of Florida College of Law, Gainesville, FL. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State of Bar of Missouri. Mr. Mann had his own law practice in St. Charles, Missouri specializing in taxed advantaged transactional law with an emphasis in real estate, estate planning and corporate asset protection matters. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Mann worked for two major energy corporations analyzing, auditing, negotiating and drafting significant contracts as well as managing in-house and consulting brokers. His expertise includes representing clients before federal, state and local government environmental, zoning, permitting and regulatory agencies for compliance matters.
