Our principal business is to provide top-level real estate professionals who carry out real estate assignments on behalf of large corporations in the United States. Our clients include such companies as DTE Energy, American Electric Power, Sierra Pacific, National Grid, PacifiCorp, International Transmission Company, Trans-Elect, Clearwire, VoiceStream, American Tower and General Motors Corporation.
NSI is staffed with experienced real estate and technical professionals,
most with law degrees. We specialize in providing the following services: - Strategic planning related to real estate holdings

- Large legal transfers of ownership rights

Our goal is to serve you in a way that best meets your company's needs. The majority of our work is conducted on a billable hourly basis. We have the flexibility to provide services in the following ways:
- Project-by-project basis for local, national, and international projects
- Temporary, semi-permanent basis (more than one year)
- Subcontract or transactional basis as an augment to corporate departments
